Standard room: All Standard rooms in the Imperial Tower are decorated in light, bright tones and are all comfortably furnished. These conveniently-sized guestrooms, for single or double occupancy, offer complimentary high speed broadband Internet connections, the latest amenities and easy access to the Fitness Center, pool and sauna facilities.
Rate: Saturday 7 October JPY 43,837 per night (Approximately AUD$530 per night) Sunday 8 – Tuesday 10 October, JPY 40,273 per night (Approximately AUD$491 per night).
Deluxe room: All Main Building Deluxe rooms on the 7th to the 12th floor have been redecorated in styles of both yesteryear and today. The upgrades to comfort and safety are the major features of this refurbishment.
Rate: Saturday 7 October – JPY 60,469 per night (Approximately AUD$730 per night), Sunday 8 – Tuesday 10 October JPY 56,905 per night (Approximately AUD$685 per night)
Premier Deluxe room: Premiere Deluxe is located on the 7th to 12th floors of the Main building and 49 m² / 527 square foot. larger than Deluxe room and enough space to stay with 2 more adults.
Rate: JPY 74, 725 per night (Approximately AUD$900 per night)
Suite: Located on the 7th to 12th Floors of the Main Building is a 58 m² / 624 square foot suite. The living room and bedroom are separated for a more comfortable stay.
Rate: JPY 122,245 per night (Approximately AUD$1,470 per night)
Cancellation of booking: Should a decision be made to cancel your booking prior to your arrival or you do not show up for your booking the following cancellation penalties apply –
1 Day Prior: 20% of room charge;
Arrival Date: 80% of room charge;
No-show: 100% of room charge
Incidentals – on check in you will be asked to provide a credit card and $100 per night per room pre-authorisation or $200 per night per room cash bond will be taken
Credit Card surcharge – a service fee of 1.65% applies to accounts settled with a credit card
Should you wish to book a room only and purchase breakfast separately during the conference the rate is AUD$39.50 per person per day
