Natalie McDowell leading future leaders session at the 2018 Joint Business Conference.

Natalie McDowell’s two year term as Future Leader Chair was completed at our Osaka conference.

She has successfully grown and consolidated the group over her tenure.

The AJBCC warmly thanks Natalie for her time and expertise in leading the Future Leaders Group.

Her successor is Craig Usmar, Head of Business Relationships Japan, AMP Capital. He shares responsibility for AMP Capital’s business development activities within the Japanese market.

Previously, Craig was responsible for the provision of Investment Risk and Performance Analytics services, supporting portfolio construction and investment management decisions.

Craig has been invited to join the AJBCC’s Executive Committee in an ex-officio capacity representing the Future Leaders’ Group.
