As an adjunct to the 54th Annual Australia Japan Joint Business Conference (9-11 October), the Victorian Government, in partnership with Asialink Business, is hosting two closed industry breakfast events.
Infrastructure and construction – Monday 10 October, 2016
Hosted by the Treasurer of Victoria, the Hon. Tim Pallas, the Infrastructure and Construction breakfast will un-pack the challenges and opportunities facing this sector in Victoria. A special keynote address will be given by Treasurer Pallas followed by a panel discussion, focusing on collaborative opportunities for Japan and Australia, with Michael Masson, CEO of Infrastructure Victoria as well as an industry representative.
Food Manufacturing & Agribusiness – Tuesday 11 October, 2016
Hosted by the Victorian Minister for Agriculture and Regional Development, the Hon. Jaala Pulford MLC, this will explore the trends of Food Manufacturing and Agribusiness. The event will open with a keynote address from Minister Pulford, followed by a panel Q&A discussion with Ryuji Nakamura, CEO of Hakubaku Australia and Mr David Wiliams, CEO of Kidder Williams Limited.
