The Victorian Government provides scholarships for Victorians aged 21 or over who are Australian citizens. Recipients will receive A$15,000 for language study in Japan. The scholarships are offered for a minimum of one semester or 5 – 6 months study at these universities:
- Nanzan University
- Nagoya Gakuin University
- Yamasa Institute
- Aichi Gakuin University
- Waseda University (Tokyo) Centre for Japanese Language
- Aichi Shukutoku University
