Speaker Update
Japanese speakers will be announced later in July, but the AJBCC is pleased to confirm that Debra Hazelton, who is General Manager of Mizuho’s Global Career Management Division (GCMD) in Tokyo, will present during the conference session Preparing Future Business Leaders for Asia. “The GCMD is charged with leading a key part of the “One Mizuho” strategic agenda to enhance the shared global culture across Mizuho’s extensive banking, securities and trust bank business.” Debra was previously Mizuho Bank’s chief executive in Australia – the first appointment of a non-Japanese – before moving back to Tokyo to take up this role as the Bank shapes its engagement strategy both in overseas markets as well as with an internationally based work force.
