JAEPA – Now to Benefit

JAEPA – Now to Benefit

The Minister for Trade and Investment Andrew Robb has acknowledged the role the AJBCC played in promoting the successful conclusion of Australia’s economic partnership agreement with Japan (JAEPA). JAEPA started on the 15th January 2015 offering Australian exporters tariff reductions applying to a range of goods into Japan. JAEPA also provides for easier business operation in Japan for Australia’s services sector. It also puts in place a mechanism to discuss and mitigate impediments to business between the two countries. Make sure your business is benefiting from the opportunities available under this agreement.
