The AJBCC’s annual conference in 2015 will be held from Sun 4 Oct until Tue 6 Oct, 2015 in Fukuoka, Kyushu. This will be the first time that the conference, now in its 53rd year, will be held in Kyushu.
Kyushu itself with a population just over half the size of Australia’s has significant economic activity. Key businesses are in the semiconductor, biotech, food, energy conservation, pollution control, solar power, research institutes and vehicle and componentry manufacturing sectors.
Fukuoka, located 1.5 hrs from Tokyo by air, also offers great airline access internationally with flight times to Shanghai 1.5 hrs, Hong Kong 3.5 hrs, and 3 hrs to Guangzhou.
